Tips of the day…
#1 – Challenge yourself this summer! Find an event such as a 5K/10K/Marathon, Obsticle race, Biking challenge, mountain you’d like to climb and write your goals down. It is easier to hold yourself accountable when you have set goals and if you share your goals with others.
#2 – Make sure you do something active every hour. Many of us work at a desk all day long and forget to take breaks to get up and walk around. Even if it is for 5 minutes each hour this can dramatically improve your activity level, increase your daily steps, decrease stress and even improve overall health.
