A one-hour total body workout, where your kids can come and play with their friends in our Kids Room, while you mingle with other moms—all for less than the cost of babysitting. All workouts are designed for moms of all fitness levels. Whether you are a woman thinking about pregnancy, currently pregnant, recently post-natal, or an old hand at the mom thing, Mommy Boot Camp is designed to strengthen your muscles and ramp up your metabolism.

It’s Not About Weight Loss

The emphasis is on fitness, fun, family and friends, not weight loss. But a funny thing tends to happen on the way to fitness—excess weight gained during pregnancy tends to come off naturally. No crash diets, no fads, no pills; just a sustainable approach to getting and staying in shape that will benefit you and your whole family throughout your life.

Kids Room

During our 9am classes we offer a special Kids Room hour where we watch your little one, help them do a crafts, games and activities for only $5/kid.  If can’t make our 9am class, our kids room is open for all boot camp classes (not available for early morning/evening spin classes currently) for children to hang out in a space while you workout.  Our dedicated space is filled with toys and books, within view of the gym. Multiple children are welcome. Membership options are available with discounted rates.

Camaraderie Included

You don’t just get fit together. You gripe together, share postpartum and child-rearing tips together, sweat together and high-five together. The energy is infectious, the hour flies by, and you feel energized and empowered. Fellow moms become friends and fitness becomes a habit.
