Are you looking for a way to workout and spend time with your little ones as well. Mommy Boot Camp is a great way to get back into shape and have fun with your kids at the same time. Mommy Boot Camp meets every Tuesday in the Aurora, CO area from 9:30am to 10:30am. Tuesday will be more of a cardio workout to increase the metabolism and get your heart rate up. Strollers are required for Tuesday classes. There is also a Thursday class which will be more strength base and strollers are not required.
