Lindsay and Paul Chavez
Finding a fitness home can feel intimidating and impersonal in today’s world. At Colorado Fitness Headquarters, we provide community-based fitness programs where everyone can feel stronger, accepted, and supported. We do this to help you create a healthier and happier version of yourself.
Owners Lindsay and Paul Chavez have dedicated their lives to helping others get fit and enjoy life simultaneously. Headquarters grew from their original Brewery Boot Camp program, which started in 2015. Native to Colorado, Lindsay and Paul are active outdoors, love spending time with their two kids, and have over 15 years of Personal Training experience each.
